 Nathan John Feuerstein (born March 30, 1991) is known as his initials NF (stylized as IF) is an American musician, rapper, songwriter and record producer. He has two EPs: I'm Free (2012)[3]and an EP that was self-titled by Capitol CMG in 2014. Mansion was his debut major label album. It came out on March 31st, 2015. His second studio album Therapy Session came out on April 22nd, 2016. It was a top 12 album on the US Billboard 200. His albums have received numerous awards including the Gospel Music Association Dove Award in Rap/Hip Hop Album (Therapy Session). Perception the album released by NF in 2017, was ranked number one in the United States, and was certified platinum. The third single, "Let You Go", reached number twelve in the United States. Billboard Hot 100 and a top ten hit in the world. His follow-up, The Search (2019) was a commercial hit. Feuerstein stated that rap was the only way to escape from life during his childhood. He would record songs using his Karaoke machine. His raps were recorded on one microphone. Feuerstein is his real name, dropped Moments his debut studio album, on the 29th of November the 29th of November, 2010. On August 2, 2011 Feuerstein released his debut single "Alone". The track featured producers and songwriters Tommee Profitt and Brooke Griffith. Xist Music noticed Feuerstein’s work in the year 2012. His first extended play, I'm Free was released May 2nd in 2012 by Feuerstein, with production work from Profitt. The album's tracklist contained nine tracks which included "Alone". The EP also included an original version of Alone with Sean Simmonds. Xist released a teaser for the release of the self-titled extended piece, NF, but Feuerstein broke off from the label over a disagreement and the release of NF was put off. Despite this, NF featured a song, "Only One", featuring Shuree Williams, on the label's compilation album, Move Vol 1. The single was released, "Beautiful Addiction", on November 4 in 2013. The track again featured an appearance by Profitt along with vocals from Brady Schmitz and Danielle Swift.
